After moving to France in 1993, Carlos Pineda, of Guatemalan origin, set up and manages the Prime Area agency. He was joined by sales agents Micheline Brancourt a few years ago and Andreas Schweitzer more recently.
With a large number of flats and villas sold, the agency has built up an excellent reputation in Cannes property circles.
The spirit in which the team works is not to sell 'off the peg', but to follow each file in all its details, to assist clients in all aspects of a transaction and to be available beyond the simple mediation between seller and buyer.
